On March 13th, at Atmosfera m in Porto, the DigiHealthPT EDIH Partnerships Day: Developing and Marketing Health Solutions for Preventive Care took place, organized by DigiHealthPT, a Digital Innovation Hub focused on the healthcare sector.
The British Embassy was the Institutional Partner of the event.
The DigiHealthPT EDIH Partnerships Day aimed to bring together experts in healthcare digitalization to discuss trends and opportunities within the Portuguese and global health ecosystem. The event also featured networking opportunities and synergy development, including one-to-one meetings and a Pitch Competition.
The RoundTable “Fast-Tracking Success in Digital Health: Best Practices and Collaborative Insights” explored various topics related to the development and growth of SMEs creating digital health products. The session focused primarily on three key topics: Business Models, Regulatory Frameworks, and Market Access and Internationalization.
The event also included networking activities:
- Pitch Competition: offered the opportunity for 5 Portuguese SMEs with impactful technological solutions in the healthcare ecosystem to present their pitches on the afternoon of the DigiHealthPT EDIH Partnerships Day. After the presentations, the Jury Panel selected 3 winners to receive DigiHealth services.
- Brokerage Activity: provided the opportunity to engage in one-on-one meetings with keyhealthcare industry and other stakeholders. It had a hybrid format, offering onsite and online meeting opportunities:
- Onsite: At the Atmosfera m, Porto, on March 13th (02:30 PM - 04:30 PM)
- Online: Through the B2Match platform on March 12th and 14th (9:00 AM - 06:00 PM)
