UVTizer - Multifunctional sanitizer

UVTizer is a multifunctional air and surface disinfection system, developed by a Portuguese consortium composed by Castros Iluminações, Matglow, CeNTI, and iMM, to prevent COVID-19 spread. This mobile system combines different technologies such as: UV-C radiation which is scientifically proven to be efficient for the inactivation of viruses of the coronavirus family, sensing, robotics, mechanics, ventilation, as well as material functionalization, in order to disinfect quickly and efficiently indoor space.
UVtizer is an articulated device able to adapt to any surfaces’ configuration, allowing to achieve more than 99.9% inactivation of SARS-CoV-2. It is a safe system, suitable for indoor use in residences, commercial spaces, classrooms, industrial spaces, offices, hotels, and gyms.
UVTizer was developed in the scope of national project number 062110, co-financed by Portugal 2020, under the Operational Program for Competitiveness and Internationalization (COMPETE 2020) through the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
