INTERESPUMA is a Portuguese company, founded in 1991 with headquarters in Anadia. It designs, produces, and commercializes products and optimized solutions for the Orthopedics, Comfort, and Well-being sectors.

Registered under the brand ORTHIA, the products go directly into the market through an extensive distribution network and successful partnerships.

With a wide range of products, the company develops them toward a consumer who values quality and cares about their level of comfort and well-being. The market recognizes the quality of the products and positions ORTHIA as a benchmark in the sector.

As part of the strategy to distinguish baby products, in 2020, BUMI’s brand was created. With its own identity and differentiated image, launched on the market a pillow designed to prevent and correct cranial deformities during the first months of babies’ life.

With the COVID-19 pandemic, there was an exponential demand for Personal Protective Equipment, which led the company to redirect its strategic focus and, consequently, its production. Thus, it built a new unit exclusively dedicated to manufacturing Hospital and Clinical Consumables, complying with all the requirements and safety standards of these products.
